BIDEA provides you with all the technology and resources of its Virtual Classroom to deliver a high‑quality training experience. BIDEA’s live‑online training has been designed to simulate the feeling of being physically present in the classroom. Our trainers teach in real time, and we use the same materials and content as in our face‑to‑face courses, enhanced with the digital support and tools offered by new technologies applied to the training field.

BIDEA offers in‑person training classrooms in Barcelona and Vitoria. Attending training in person gives you the opportunity to meet our training team directly, carry out hands‑on tasks, practical exercises, and group activities together with other participants, ultimately fostering a social learning environment based on interaction and the exchange of experiences.

The open‑enrollment training modality, whether delivered face‑to‑face or virtually, allows our clients to register individual participants in our courses. Open‑enrollment training is governed by the dates and schedules announced in our course calendar. The result is a multi‑company group of participants that enables interaction and the exchange of diverse experiences throughout the training sessions.

BIDEA offers an in house training. This training format is an alternative to traditional face‑to‑face instruction, which requires employees to travel in order to receive training. In this case, the training can be delivered through a virtual classroom, but it is also possible for BIDEA’s training team to travel to the client’s facilities with all the necessary resources to deliver the course to the workforce, enabling a more specifically tailored training experience.
