Audit and Consulting

Our team of accredited auditors and technical consultants integrates directly with the client’s teams to provide a comprehensive perspective aimed at improving performance, quality, and the efficiency of industrial operations. Through specialized technical audits and thorough reviews of systems, processes, and operational practices, we identify optimization opportunities and ensure compliance with the required standards.

At the same time, we provide expert guidance in key production areas, ranging from method improvement and structured problem‑solving to support in product and process design, as well as collaboration with suppliers.

Our objective is to provide a solid, practical, and results‑oriented approach that drives operational excellence and strengthens the organization’s competitiveness.

Auditing

At BIDEA, we conduct internal audits, second-party audits, and supplier audits for the main management standards: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001. We assess process effectiveness, verify regulatory compliance, and identify opportunities for improvement to strengthen quality, sustainability, and the reliability of your supply chain.

At BIDEA, we carry out Technical Cleanliness audits in production in accordance with VDA 19.2 to assess the level of cleanliness in the production environment, as well as in manufacturing and assembly processes. We verify the effectiveness of particle contamination controls, evaluate compliance with customer requirements, and identify improvements to ensure more robust production free from risks associated with particle carryover into the manufactured product.

At BIDEA, we conduct process audits in accordance with VDA 6.3 to assess the capability, maturity, and robustness of development, production, and supply processes. We analyze each key phase, identify risks and critical points, and provide concrete recommendations to improve quality, efficiency, and reliability across the entire value chain.

At BIDEA, we conduct audits according to AIAG CQI standards (such as CQI‑9, CQI‑11, CQI‑12, CQI‑15, among others) to assess the capability and control of special processes. We verify compliance with industry requirements, identify risks, and recommend improvements to strengthen process stability and product quality.

At BIDEA, we conduct audits of tooling, dedicated equipment, and production units in accordance with VDA 6.7, focusing on assessing the suitability, condition, and reliability of the manufacturing resources used in production processes. We verify compliance with customer and industry requirements, analyze associated risks, and identify improvement opportunities to ensure process stability, repeatability, and the quality of the final product.

At BIDEA, we conduct supply chain process audits in accordance with VDA 6.8, a standard designed to assess and optimize end-to-end logistics processes. We analyze the key elements of the logistics flow (L1–L7), from planning and sourcing to internal logistics, transport, and customer management, verifying risks, compliance, and effectiveness. We help strengthen operational stability, minimize disruptions, and ensure a more robust, transparent supply chain aligned with industry requirements.
At BIDEA, we perform supplier potential analyses in accordance with VDA 6.3 to assess a supplier’s current and future capability prior to approval. We evaluate their management system, process maturity, resources, technical competencies, and level of compliance with customer requirements. Our approach helps identify risks, strengths, and improvement opportunities, enabling more reliable sourcing decisions and ensuring a solid, dependable supply chain aligned with your quality standards.

Technical Consulting

At BIDEA, we provide specialized consulting in technical cleanliness (VDA 19.2) for production environments where particle contamination control is critical. We analyze your processes, flows, and facilities to identify the real sources of contamination, optimize handling practices, and define cleanliness requirements in line with standards such as VDA 19.1, ISO 16232, or VDI 2083. We help implement robust methods, reduce rejects caused by particle carryover, and ensure more stable, efficient manufacturing aligned with industry requirements.

At BIDEA, we support your team in the effective application of problem-solving techniques to eliminate root causes and prevent recurrence of issues. We work with industry-recognized methodologies—such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Turtle Diagram, FMEA, Reverse FMEA, and PDCA—to structure analyses, prioritize actions, and strengthen process robustness. Our approach combines hands-on guidance with effectiveness verification, helping reduce nonconformities, improve product quality, and accelerate decision-making in production.
At BIDEA, we provide expert moderation of FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) to ensure structured, efficient, and results-oriented sessions. We guide the FMEA team in the rigorous identification of failure modes, root cause analysis, risk evaluation, and the definition of robust actions aligned with AIAG & VDA FMEA requirements.
Our approach ensures objectivity, fosters active team participation, and accelerates decision-making, resulting in more consistent, traceable, and effective FMEAs that enhance the robustness of both design and process.
At BIDEA, we help integrate Technical Cleanliness from the early stages of product and process design, ensuring that particle contamination requirements are addressed proactively rather than reactively. We evaluate geometries, materials, tooling, and manufacturing sequences to anticipate risks of particle generation and transfer, defining robust design criteria aligned with standards such as VDA 19.1, ISO 16232, and VDI 2083.
Our approach helps reduce defects related to technical cleanliness, optimize critical process steps, and ensure that the design supports cleaner, more stable production aligned with customer expectations.
At BIDEA, we help you integrate Technical Cleanliness across your entire supply chain, ensuring that suppliers, logistics processes, and internal operations maintain the required cleanliness levels for high-precision products. We assess particle contamination risks at every stage—from sourcing and packaging to transport and internal handling—defining clear technical requirements for suppliers in line with standards such as VDA 19.1, VDA 19.2, ISO 16232, and VDI 2083.
Our approach ensures a more controlled, traceable, and robust supply chain, reducing nonconformities and preventing technical cleanliness issues from impacting the final product quality.
